Andris Berzins & Associates have established a reputation for good design backed by competent professional service, and these qualities have been developed through continued close relationships with clients, and recognised by awards and commendations in the public sphere.

Our creative force stems from a theoretical position which is cognisant of the past, as well as the cultural achievements of contemporary civilisation. Integration of these aspects with a rigorous awareness of the site and its contextual language guides our architecture of place, not just various space. Buildings should be enjoyed by builders and users alike.

The practice has extensive expertise in planning, feasibility studies and design for tourist, leisure and cultural facilities such as visitor centres and museums. Our experience also extends to a variety of building categories from residential to office accommodation and restoration of historic buildings.

Skills within our studio allow us to provide services over a broad range from inception; planning and creative development; negotiation of statutory approvals; detail design and contract documentation; tendering and site visits up to completion of projects.
